ExhibitDeadlines is being built to turn the correct exhibitor manual into a source-linked deadline checklist for one real booth — every date's certainty shown, every unknown kept in plain sight.

How it will work

From a PDF to a checklist a person has confirmed.

  1. 01

    Admit the evidence.

    Confirm the show, year, client and booth first. Then upload the English PDF or HTML export you have. Files are checked before anything reads them, and every admitted page is accounted for — including what was linked but never supplied.

  2. 02

    Extract candidates, not answers.

    A model proposes deadlines with the original excerpt and page beside each one. It never decides. Unknown stays unknown — never a blank that looks like zero.

  3. 03

    A person confirms. Then it's frozen.

    Critical dates need an authorized human. The reviewed checklist becomes a read-only snapshot you export — with its unresolved items listed, not hidden.

Date certainty

Three kinds of deadline. Never blurred together.

A manual that says "October 1" hasn't told you a time. Treating it as midnight — in the wrong zone — is how orders slip.

Stays a date. No invented midnight cutoff. In the calendar file it's an all-day event that ends on the next local date.

To be determined

Shown as unresolved and kept in view. It can't be scheduled as a guaranteed due time until the organizer says so.

Amendments

When the organizer changes one thing, only that thing changes.

The manual says electrical advance rate: October 1. A later amendment moves only freight delivery to October 3. Step through it.
